This 90-minute DVD speaks directly to all those in the addiction treatment and recovery field. It is also contains additional materials including discussion questions, eligible for continuing education credit.

How to Apply for CEUs

This DVD has been approved for 5 CEUs from the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and 5 social work CEUs from UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work (JACSW). JACSW is approved by the *Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.

2. Make copies of the completed exercises and evaluation form.

3. Mail CEU Application Form, exercises, and evaluation, along with a check or money order for $5.00 made payable to Great Lakes ATTC, to:
