Presenter: Jesse Heffernan is a Professional Recovery Coach, trainer & consultant with 15 years in long term recovery from substance abuse.  He has worked with several substance use & recovery coalitions as an advocate for implementation of culturally responsive, recovery oriented continuums of care. In his current business, Helios Recovery, we works with local treatment providers in tandem as a Recovery Coach to provide long term Recovery options. It is his belief that Recovery is a process of moving from surviving to thriving as a whole person.
