2) Faith-based Recovery Coach Training and Support
Do you have volunteers in your church, synagogue or mosque that would like to support their brethren in recovery? Peer recovery support assists individuals and families working toward recovery from mental and/or substance use problems. They incorporate a full range of services that facilitate recovery, wellness, and linkage to and coordination among service providers, and other supports shown to improve quality of life for people in and seeking recovery and their families. This conversation is geared to incorporate your specific faith tradition in providing those supports.
3) Celebrate Recovery Month September 2018
Use Recovery Month as a time to focus on addiction recovery efforts. Access tools such as bulletin notices, prayers for the faithful.
4) Overdose Prevention and Naloxone Distribution
We can provide overdose prevention, recognition and intervention training, as well as free Naloxone kits.
